Easter Sunday Brunch
Come to Osteria Via Stato on Easter Sunday, or Pasqua as it is known in Italy, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., to enjoy Chef David DiGregorio’s mouthwatering buffet of springtime brunch delights. Starting off with an Omelet station, guests will make their way around the dining room, sampling and enjoying a litany of Italian-inspired offerings that include Ciabatta ‘French’ Toast; House-made Sausage & Vegetable Strata; and, sure to surprise everyone, a Ricotta Doughnut station—where the tender-on-the-inside, crispy-on-the-outside treats will be handmade-to-order. For the kids, an Easter Candy table will be set up. The cost is $39.95 per person plus tax and gratuity. Children aged 10 and under are half-price and children aged 5 and under eat free.
